What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

Costs

The second is the cost of the materials needed for an upgrade. These items are usually Power Dices (dropped from monsters 21+), Minerals and Erons or specific Mists Of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor Quests. The quantity of these items needed can be found in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.
The process of upgrading an item is a complex process that requires time. Depending on the size of the upgrade, it could take anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. The stats that are the base of the upgraded item are calculated based on the new ilvl as well as other characteristics.
